Events

On September 12th the church celebrated 50 years of service to our Lord and community with a very special worship service featuring many current and past members.  A reading by a series of congregation members of those members that have passed on, was followedby an inspiring sermon from Tim Kelley.  The service concluded with a charge from Tim Kelley representing our first 50 years to current Minister Keith Whitney to lead the church into the future.

After services there was a catered luncheon for the 124 attendees with desserts provided by the current congregation members.

Amongst the many former members who joined us were James & Connie Greer, and our former Minister, Tim Kelley, and his wife Roxanne. 

After lunch a check presentation ceremony was held for to the funds collected to date to purchase Tim & Roxanne Kelley a handicap accessible mini-van.
